Fells Gulliver Estate Agents was established in 1988 and is now owned and operated by its two highly experienced directors, Dan Heard and Ben Shiers.
Dan Heard MNAEA is a qualified Estate Agent with over 20 years industry experience. Dan joined Fells Gulliver in 1998 as part of the senior management team and since then has been fundamental in shaping and developing the company into the well regarded and trusted Estate Agency evident today.
Ben Shiers is a career Estate Agent who has held senior position's within corporate and independent companies. As a trusted and respected agent he had a burning desire to return to front line estate agency, and with Dan is committed to ensuring Fells Gulliver continues to build on its already excellent reputation.

Dan Heard (MNAEA) Director
Is based in our thriving Lymington office with an established and loyal client base. He is trusted and respected within the property industry and is also a director of Pebble Property Management and Lettings. Dan is well known locally having lived in Lymington for over 30 years.
Ben Shiers Director
Is based in our successful Lyndhurst office where he has a proactive approach to Estate Agency and an impeccable reputation. In recent years Ben has been instrumental in the sale of some of the finest properties in the New Forest. Ben lives in Bramshaw with his wife and young daughter.
William Lowth Negotiator
William has played an integral part in the Lyndhurst office since 2005. Since then he has gained a reputation for his pleasant and patient manner. He is involved with the technical elements of the office including floor plans and property brochure design.
William lives in Ringwood.
Kerry Willard Senior Negotiator
Kerry has lived locally all her life and has enjoyed a very successful Estate Agency career gaining over 12 years experience in Lymington. Kerry joined Fells Gulliver in 2005 and is truly passionate about offering a first class service to all our buyers and sellers alike.
Kerry is married with 2 children.
Denise Inwood Negotiator
Denise has enjoyed outstanding success most recently running an Estate Agency office in the South of The New Forest. She has been involved in the sale of many properties of various styles. Denise lives in Cadnam where she is a practising New Forest commoner.
Valerie Webster Negotiator
Valerie lives in the heart of Lymington and is a long standing member of the team. Val has gained a reputation for friendly and professional customer service having helped match literally hundreds of buyers to their ideal homes over the years.
Michaela Dawkins Negotiator
Michaela has considerable Estate Agency experience spanning 16 years, most recently as the office manager of a large corporate company in Winchester. A natural communicator and responsible for keeping the office in order. Michalea lives in Rownhams and is married with children.
Wendy Phillips Administrator
Wendy has been an integral part of the team since 2003, her main responsibilities include ensuring the smooth running of the busy Lymington office. Wendy lives locally is married with a child.
John Lowth (MRICS) Consultant
We are delighted to announce the appointment of John Lowth to act as a consultant to advise and market the sale of fine Equestrian and Agricultal properties. John is a Chartered Agricultural Surveyor with over 35 years experience in the local marketplace, he is also Chief Steward to The New Forest Show and is an integral part of the local rural community.
Wendy Couch Negotiator
Wendy is a much valued member of the team who primarily assists the many buyers who visit our Lymington office on a Saturday. Wendy is always happy to share some of her extensive local knowledge gained over many years living in Lymington.
